Data mining-based study on the evidence and medication pattern of anejaculation
Objective To explore the nature of disease,location,medication pattern and the characteristics of the formula in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment of anejaculation based on data mining.Methods The medical records and clinical research literatures on TCM treatment of anejaculation were searched from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from database establishment to April 2023,so as to construct a database.Based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,data mining technology was used to obtain the nature of disease,and location of the disease evidence,the frequency of drugs,flavor attribution,association rules,and clustering analysis were carried out.Results A total of 175 valid literatures were included,involving 283 prescriptions and 363 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The nature of disease were common in Qi stagnation,Qi depressions,and deficiency,and the location of the disease was mainly the liver and the kidney.The highest frequency of medication were Lulutong,Chaihu,and Wangbuliuxing.The drug tastes were mostly flat,warm and cold,and the meridians were mainly liver and kidney meridians.In 9 groups of drug pairs analyzed by association rules,the drug pair of"Chaihu and Yujin"had the highest support degree,and the cluster analysis classified the high-frequency drugs into 8 categories.Conclusions The combination of deficiency and solidity of anejaculation.The core of the solid evidence is"Qi",while the deficiency evidence is mainly kidney Yin deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency.The treatment is mainly to pass on the fluids,and to tonify the kidney,dredge the liver and activate the blood at the same time.
