Clinical curative effect of Yibushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with western medicine on ovulatory disorder infertility of kidney deficiency type
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Yibushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with western medicine on ovulatory disorder infertility(ODI)of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 120 patients with ODI of kidney deficiency type treated in Anqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2022 were enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into western medicine group(n=60)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(n=60).The western medicine group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the TCM group was treated with Yibushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate.The curative effect,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The pregnancy status of patients within half a year after treatment and safety during treatment were recorded.Results Compared with western medicine group,total effective rate was higher in TCM group(P＜0.05).After treatment,LH and FSH levels decreased,while E2 levels increased in both groups,and change amplitude of the three indexes was greater in TCM group than western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in both groups increased,and change amplitude of the two indexes was greater in TCM group than western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,pregnancy rate in TCM group was higher than that in western medicine group(P＜0.05).During treatment,there were no significant differences in nausea and vomiting,headache and dizziness,breast discomfort or insomnia between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Yibushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve curative effect and levels of sex hormones,promote follicles and endometrium development,and increase pregnancy rate in treatment of kidney deficiency type ODI,with good safety.
