Objective To explore the current situation of reproductive concerns in male cancer patients of reproductive age,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 389 male cancer patients of reproductive age were investigated and analyzed by using the general data questionnaire,the post-cancer reproductive concerns scale for men of reproductive age,and the social support scale from October to December 2022 in three grade A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province.Results The reproductive concerns score of 389 male cancer patients of reproductive age was(59.99±6.59)points.Marital status,family economic level,number of children,reproductive willingness,types of cancer,social support,and stigma were the influence factors of the reproductive concerns of patients,which could explain 72.7%of the total variance.Conclusions Male cancer patients of reproductive age have a moderate to high level of reproductive concerns.Attention should be paid to patients who are unmarried,divorced,have a poor family economic level,have no children,have reproductive willingness,have reproductive system cancer,have a poor level of social support,and have a high level of stigma.Professional information support should be provided to patients,and appropriate measures should be taken to alleviate their reproductive concerns.
