Diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 125,lactate dehydrogenase,D-dimer and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio levels in endometrial cancer
Objective To investigate the changes of serum carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),D-dimer(D-D)and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)levels in endometrial cancer(EC)and their combined diagnostic value.Methods A total of 120 EC patients admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the EC group.60 patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the atypical hyperplasia group,60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the benign lesion group,and 60 healthy women who underwent physical examination were selected as the healthy control group.The serum levels of CA125,LDH,D-D and NLR were compared among the four groups and among EC patients with different clinicopathological characteristics.The diagnostic value of serum CA125,LDH,D-D and NLR levels for EC was analyzed.Results The serum levels of CA125,LDH,D-D and NLR in EC group were significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplasia group,benign lesion group and healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of serum CA125,LDH,D-D and NLR in EC patients with lymph node metastasis,myometrial invasion depth＞1/2 and international federation of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in EC patients without lymph node metastasis,myometrial invasion depth ≤1/2 and FIGO stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The area under the curve of combined detection of serum CA125,LDH,D-D,and NLR levels in the diagnosis of EC was significantly larger than that of single index detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of CA125,LDH,D-D and NLR increased in patients with EC,and are related to adverse clinicopathological features.The four items combined detection has a high diagnostic value for EC.
