Investigate the treatment of kidney essence deficiency type oligoasthenospermia by Tianjing-Yusi Prescription based on the"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis
Oligoasthenospermia is an important cause of male infertility,and its pathogenesis is related to several internal organs.The kidneys are innate,the brain is the sea of marrow,the heart is the possession of spirit,the essence chamber is responsible for the secretion and production of essence.Based on Professor Guo Jun's"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis theory,we found that the"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis is closely related to kidney essence deficiency type oligoasthenospermia through the causes and effects of kidney essence deficiency,the effects of brain,heart and kidney dysregulation and the loss of use of the essence chamber on oligoasthenospermia.Tianjing-Yusi Prescription which is based on the theory of tonifying the kidneys is the essence,brain,heart and kidney nourishing each other,and the essence chamber for use,is suitable for the kidney essence deficiency oligoasthenospermia.This prescription nourishes the kidney and fills the essence,complements both Yin and Yang,benefits the brain and calms the heart,enriches and cleans the essence chamber.The use of the Tianjing-Yusi Prescription has achieved good results in the treatment of the kidney essence deficiency oligoasthenospermia.
