阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)发病机制复杂,不但是男性普遍存在的性健康问题,而且还是一个社会问题.王柏枝认为ED病情有急缓之分,病位有肝肾之别.以肾为本、肝为标,并有湿、痰、瘀夹杂其中,或有阴虚,或有内热.ED急发常责之于肝,有肝气郁结,肝经湿热,肝肾亏虚,常用疏肝理气之逍遥散、清肝利湿之龙胆泻肝汤、滋阴养肝之滋水清肝饮等.缓发养肾,自创起痿丸温肾阳、暖命门、补肾精、强宗筋、活血脉、健脾养肝.
Application of Wang Baizhi's thought of"simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney"in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction
The pathogenic mechanism of erectile dysfunction(ED)is complex.It is not only a common sexual health problem in men,but also a social problem.Wang Baizhi believes that the condition of ED can be divided into acute and chronic symptoms,with different disease locations in liver or kidney.With kidney as the foundation and liver as the standard,there is a mixture of dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis,either with Yin deficiency or internal heat.The liver is often responsible for acute ED,including stagnation of liver Qi,dampness and heat in liver meridians,and deficiency of liver and kidney.Treatment commonly involves Xiaoyao Powder for soothing liver and regulating Qi,Longdan Xiegan Tang for clearing liver and promoting dampness,and Zishui Qinggan Yin for nourishing Yin and liver,etc.Chronic symptoms should nourish the kidney,the self-created Qiwei Pill can warm kidney Yang,warm vital gates,tonify kidney essence,strengthen tendons,activate blood vessels,and strengthen spleen and liver.
