间充质干细胞来源的外泌体治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展

摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是一种常见的妇科疾病,影响许多年轻女性的生活质量和生育能力.临床上常用的激素替代治疗只能暂缓POI患者的症状,无法修复受损的卵巢组织.最近的研究表明,间充质干细胞来源的外泌体在治疗POI中展现出巨大潜力.本文总结了人间充质干细胞来源的外泌体在治疗POI方面的研究进展,为未来在POI诊疗中应用外泌体提供实验基础和相关理论依据.
Abstract
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common gynaecological condition that affects the quality of life and fertility ability of many young women.Hormone replacement therapy,commonly used in clinical practice,can only suspend the symptoms of patients with POI,and cannot repair damaged ovarian tissue.Recent studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes show great potential in the treatment of POIs.This article summarizes the research progress of exosomes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of POI,and provides an experimental basis and relevant theoretical basis for the future application of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of POI.
