Research progress of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells in treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common gynaecological condition that affects the quality of life and fertility ability of many young women.Hormone replacement therapy, commonly used in clinical practice, can only suspend the symptoms of patients with POI,and cannot repair damaged ovarian tissue.Recent studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes show great potential in the treatment of POIs.This article summarizes the research progress of exosomes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of POI,and provides an experimental basis and relevant theoretical basis for the future application of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of POI.
