Exploration of the prevention and treatment ideas on cervical high risk human papilloma virus infection with emotional disorder based on the"co-treatment of body and spirit"approach
The concept of"co-treatment of body and spirit"is based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the concept of"the unity of body and spirit",and it adjusts the body and the spirit together to promote the healing of the disease,which has an important guidance value in the prevention and treatment of various somatopsychic diseases in Chinese medicine.Cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection is a common gynecologic disease,and is usually combined with emotional disorder,such as anxiety,depression and fear in clinic.The main pathogenesis is the deficiency of body and gathering of evil,and the damage to body and the injury to mind.The main principle of this treatment is based on"adjust the body and the spirit together",including adjusting the body to culture mind and calming the mind to preserve the body.This paper aims to elaborate the pathogenic mechanism and pathogenic characteristics of cervical HR-HPV infection with emotional disorder from the perspective of the theory of body and spirit,and discuss the comprehensive prevention and treatment ideas of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of"co-treatment of body and spirit",with a view to provide new references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
