补肾法调治辅助生殖技术中高龄不孕女性患者卵巢储备功能下降的研究进展

摘要
随着我国晚婚、晚育女性人群的增长,高龄不孕女性患者的比例随之增加,尽管辅助生殖技术(ART)帮助了很多高龄不孕女性顺利妊娠,但其过程中常伴卵巢过度刺激综合征、多胎妊娠、异位妊娠等并发症,成功率较低.近年来研究发现,中医补肾法治疗卵巢储备功能下降患者的疗效显著,故本文对补肾法调治ART中高龄不孕女性患者卵巢储备功能下降的相关文献进行综述,以期可更好地指导临床用药.
Abstract
With the increase of late marriage and late childbearing women population in China,the proportion of elderly infertile female patients has also increased.Although the application of assisted reproductive technology(ART)has helped many elderly infertile women to successfully conceive and give birth,it is often accompanied by complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,multiple pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy,which makes the overall pregnancy success rate low.In recent years,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)tonifying kidney has a significant effect on the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function.Therefore,this article summarized the relevant literatures on the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function in elderly infertile female patients with ART by tonifying kidney,in order to better guide clinical medication.
