共同参与模式在心理性勃起功能障碍患者中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨患者共同参与模式对改善心理性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者社会支持、自我效能、应对方式、病耻感的效果.方法 选取2021年7月至12月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科诊治的60例心理性ED患者作为研究对象.随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用男科常规教育疏导方式干预,观察组在常规教育疏导基础上采用共同参与模式干预.比较两组干预前后病耻感、社会支持、自我效能、应对方式得分.结果 干预后,观察组社会支持、自我效能、积极应对方式得分均高于干预前,且均高于对照组;观察组病耻感、消极应对方式得分均低于干预前,且均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 患者共同参与模式可以提高心理性ED患者的社会支持、自我效能,改善应对方式,降低病耻感.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of patient joint participation model on improving the social support,self-efficacy,coping style and stigma in patients with psychological erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 60 patients with psychological ED admitted to Department of Andrology,Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical School from July to December 2021 were regarded as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was guided by conventional andrological education,and the observation group was intervened by joint participation model on the base of conventional education guidance.The scores of stigma,social support,self-efficacy and coping style before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of social support,self-efficacy and active coping style in the observation group were all higher than those before the intervention,and were all higher than those in the control group,and the scores of stigma and negative coping style in the observation group were lower than those before the intervention,and were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions The patient joint participation model can improve the social support,self-efficacy,and coping style,as well as relieve the stigma of patients with psychological ED.
