肿瘤干细胞在卵巢癌中的研究现状及进展

摘要
肿瘤干细胞是恶性肿瘤发生、耐药、复发及转移的根源,并最终导致恶性肿瘤治疗失败.卵巢癌干细胞的研究有助于进一步了解卵巢癌的发病机制,同时对解决卵巢癌高耐药、高复发转移的难题有重要意义.本文从肿瘤干细胞的基本概况、卵巢癌干细胞与卵巢癌发展的关系以及对卵巢癌干细胞的靶向治疗这三个方面进行相关综述.
Abstract
Cancer stem cells are the root cause of the occurrence,drug resistance,recurrence,and metastasis of malignant tumors,and ultimately lead to treatment failure of malignant tumors.The study of ovarian cancer stem cells contributes to further understanding the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,and is of great significance in solving the problem of high drug resistance,high recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer.This article reviews the basic situation of tumor stem cells,the relationship between ovarian cancer stem cells and the development of ovarian cancer,and the targeted treatment of ovarian cancer stem cells.
