子宫内膜搔刮术改善薄型子宫内膜容受性的研究进展

摘要
子宫内膜菲薄是子宫内膜容受性缺陷的主要原因,继而引起不孕或流产.女性不孕或流产最常见的原因是胚胎植入过程受阻,这个过程由多种因素决定,包括胚胎自身因素和母体因素.辅助生殖技术的发展提高了优质胚胎获得率,因此,提高子宫内膜容受性是目前治疗不孕症面临的主要难题.子宫内膜搔刮术能够改善子宫内膜容受性,可有效治疗子宫内膜薄的不孕症患者.本文对子宫内膜搔刮术改善薄型子宫内膜容受性的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Thin endometrium is the main cause of defective endometrial receptivity(ER),which can lead to infertility or miscarriage.The most common cause of female infertility or miscarriage is the disturbance of the embryo implantation process,which is determined by various factors,including factors from the embryo itself and maternal factors.The development of assisted reproductive technology has improved the rate of obtaining high-quality embryos.Therefore,improving ER is currently the main problem in treating infertility.Endometrial scratching(ES)can improve ER,and it can effectively treat infertility patients with thin endometrium.The current article reviews the research progress on the improvement of thin endometrial receptivity by ES.
