Clinical value of monitoring B cell lymphocyte activating factor,anti-Müllerian hormone and interleukin-2 in early pregnancy in predicting the recurrence of abortion in patients with recurrent abortion
Objective To explore the clinical value of monitoring B cell lymphocyte activating factor(BAFF),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in early pregnancy in predicting the recurrence of abortion in patients with recurrent abortion. Methods A total of 100 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to Chongming Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Health and Medical Sciences from September 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the observation group.According to the early pregnancy status of the patients, they were divided into non-abortion group(n=65)and abortion group(n=35).A total of 100 healthy pregnant women with antenatal examination in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum BAFF,AMH and IL-2 in each group were compared, and the clinical value of BAFF,AMH and IL-2 levels in predicting the recurrence of abortion was analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the recurrence of abortion in patients with recurrent abortion. Results The levels of BAFF and IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of AMH was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BAFF and IL-2 in the abortion group were higher than those in the non-abortion group, and the level of AMH was lower than that in the non-abortion group(P<0.05).The proportion of gravidity and abortion≥3 times in abortion group was higher than that in non-abortion group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn, and found that the area under the curve(AUC)of BAFF,AMH and IL-2 levels in evaluating patients with recurrent abortion was 0.809,0.821 and 0.803,respectively.The AUC of the combined detection of the three was 0.919,which was better than that of the individual detections(Z=1.920,1.974,2.298,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that BAFF and IL-2 were risk factors for recurrent abortion, and AMH was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of BAFF and IL-2 in patients with recurrent abortion increased, and the level of AMH decreased. The combined detection of the three is helpful to predict the recurrence of abortion in the early stage, and has certain diagnostic value for the recurrence of abortion.
