Effect of cluster nursing strategy on the anxiety and psychological distress of pregnant women with recurrent spontaneous abortion
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing strategy on the anxiety and psychological distress of pregnant women with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 86 pregnant women with RSA admitted to Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given cluster nursing intervention.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Kellers psychological distress scale(K10),perceived stress scale(PSS)and fertility quality of life scale(FertiQoL)were used to evaluate the anxiety emotion, psychological distress,self-perceived stress and fertility quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the HAMA scores and K10 scores in the two groups were both decreased, and the HAMA scores and K10 scores in the study group were both lower compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the total score of PSS and the scores of each dimension in the two groups were all decreased, and these scores in the study group were all lower compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the total score of FertiQoL and the scores of each dimension in the two groups were all increased, and these scores in the study group were all higher compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the study group was higher compared with that in the control group(86.05%vs.65.12%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing strategy can alleviate the anxiety emotion and self-perceived stress of pregnancy women with RSA,reducing the psychological distress, and improving the quality of life and the success rate of fetal protection.
