Effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment in patients with habitual abortion under the guidance of KY3H health status identification-evaluation-intervention system
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic treatment under the guidance of KY3H health status identified-evaluation-intervention system in patients with habitual abortion.Methods A total of 96 patients with habitual abortion who were treated at Wenzhou TCM Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and a control group according to a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received TCM treatment under the guidance of the KY3H health status identification-evaluation-intervention system on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,physical scores before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,pregnancy complications,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75％,which was higher than the 72.92％in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of peaceful constitution in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 and 3 months of treatment,while the score of biased constitution and the scores of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,and soreness of the waist and knees were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications during pregnancy,miscarriage rate,and premature delivery rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the rate of full-term delivery was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Patients with habitual abortion who receive the KY3H health status identification-evaluation-intervention system-guided traditional Chinese medicine treatment have significant therapeutic effects,which can correct biased constitution,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
