Detection significance analysis of microRNA-210-5p,microRNA-23a-3p and microRNA-296-5p in serum of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients
Objective To investigate the detection significance of microRNA(miR)-210-5p,miR-23a-3p and miR-296-5p in the serum of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of AIDS patients treated in Hebi Infectious Diseases Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and set as the AIDS group.Another 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the reference group.Serum levels of miR-210-5p,miR-23a-3p and miR-296-5p were compared between the AIDS group and reference group.According to the prognosis of AIDS patients, they were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group.Serum levels of miR-210-5p,miR-23a-3p and miR-296-5p were compared between the poor prognosis group and good prognosis group.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis in AIDS patients. Results The levels of serum miR-210-5p and miR-23a-3p in AIDS group were higher than that in reference group, and the levels of miR-296-5p were lower than that in reference group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of miR-210-5p and miR-23a-3p in the poor prognosis group were higher than that in the good prognosis group, and the levels of miR-296-5p were lower than that in the good prognosis group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that increased levels of miR-210-5p and miR-23a-3p and decreased levels of miR-296-5 p were risk factors for poor prognosis in AIDS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of miR-210-5p and miR-23a-3p are abnormally increased and the levels of miR-296-5p are abnormally decreased in AIDS patients, all of which have a certain role in evaluating the prognosis of AIDS patients.
