Effects of specific intensive intervention based on risk factors on psychological state and cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery
Objective To explore the effects of specific intensive intervention based on risk factors on psychological state and cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing cervical cancer(CC)surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 106 patients with CC who underwent radical resection in Lishui Central Hospital between January 2021 and June 2023.According to different postoperative nursing methods, patients were divided into routine group(50 cases)and risk group(56 cases). The routine group was given routine postoperative nursing intervention, and the risk group was given specific intensive intervention based on risk factors. The psychological state,cancer-related fatigue degree, postoperative rehabilitation condition and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, scores of anxiety, fear, diet and sleep in risk group were all lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, scores of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, cognitive fatigue and impact on life in risk group were all lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in risk group was shorter than that in routine group, and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in risk group was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The special intensive intervention based on risk factors can improve psychological state, relieve cancer-related fatigue, accelerate rehabilitation process and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing CC surgery.
