摘要

多囊卵巢综合征不仅会引起女性排卵障碍、不孕等常见生殖内分泌疾病,还会诱发多种危害人体健康的远期并发症.目前,西医对多囊卵巢综合征的病因研究尚未完全明了,治疗亦存在局限之处.本文通过探讨郭志强教授论治多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的中医病机,基于"卵巢微癥瘕"理论,从肾虚络阻病机入手,以补肾通络消癥为治法治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍,获得良效,以期对多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗提供更多的思路和方法.

Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is not only a common reproductive endocrine disease causing ovulation disorder and infertility in women,but also induces a variety of long-term complications that jeopardize human health,and the etiology of PCOS has not yet been fully clarified by western medicine,and there are limitations in its treatment.This paper discusses the traditional Chinese medical mechanism of ovulatory disorders in PCOS treated by Professor Guo Zhiqiang,based on the theory of"ovarian microcriticism",and starting from the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction,uses tonifying the kidney,clearing the collaterals and eliminating the crux of the problem as a treatment for PCOS ovulation disorder,which is effective,and to provide more ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of PCOS.
