目的 探讨院-校联动式的生殖健康与婚恋课程的构建及对大学生婚恋与生育观念的影响.方法 于2022年2月至6月,采用便利抽样法选取某高校300名大学生作为研究对象,基于其实际需求及政策导向,采用院-校联动模式开展生殖健康与婚恋课程教育干预,分析其对高校生生殖健康知信行及对自身婚恋与生育计划的影响,探讨课程改革优化方向.结果 干预后,93.33%的大学生综合成绩达到优良水平,84.00%具备了生殖健康素养,其婚恋与生殖意愿更加贴合我国的婚育政策倡议,对课程的教学内容与方法较满意.结论 院-校联动式的生殖健康与婚恋课程能有效提高大学生对生殖健康与自身婚恋的认知及对相关婚育政策的响应.
The construction and effect of hospital-college linkage courses on reproductive health and marriage and love
Objective To explore the construction of hospital-college linkage courses on reproductive health and marriage and love,and its influence on the concept of marriage and love and reproduction of college students.Methods From February to June 2022,300 college students were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.Based on their actual needs and policy orientation,the hospital-college linkage model was adopted to carry out educational intervention on reproductive health and marriage and love course.Its impacts on college students'reproductive health knowledge,belief and practice and their own marriage and love,and reproductive planning were analyzed,and the direction of curriculum reform and optimization was explored.Results After the intervention,93.33%of the college students achieved excellent comprehensive results.84.00%of them had reproductive health literacy,and their marriage and love intentions were more in line with China's marriage and childbearing policy.They were more satisfied with the teaching content and methods of the course.Conclusions The hospital-college linkage courses on reproductive health and marriage and love can effectively improve college students'cognition of reproductive health and their own love and marriage,and their response to relevant marriage and birth policies.
