摘要

男性不育是指机体在内、外因作用下破坏正常精子产生、运输等过程,导致生育能力低下的一类疾病.精子由生精细胞经精子发生过程产生.自噬是一种重要的细胞内清除机制,通过自噬溶酶体降解受损或衰老的细胞器或蛋白质,实现细胞成分的更新及细胞稳态的维持.睾丸中生精细胞和体细胞存在稳定自噬,对维持它们的生理功能有重要意义;而当细胞受到致病因素刺激后引起自噬水平失调,出现结构损伤或功能异常,甚至死亡,干扰正常精子发生过程,从而影响男性生育能力.本文将基于精子发生过程对自噬与生精细胞、体细胞及常见致不育因素的相关研究进行综述,希望可以为男性不育的发病机制和治疗提供新的思路.

Abstract

Male infertility is a kind of disease that the normal process of sperm production and transportation was destroyed under the action of internal and external factors,resulting in low fertility.Sperm are produced by spermatogenic cells through the process of spermatogenesis.Autophagy is an important intracellular clearance mechanism.Through degrading damaged or senescent organelles or proteins by autophagic lysosomes,cell component renewal and maintain cell homeostasis were achieved.Stable autophagy exists in spermatogenic cells and somatic cells in testis,which is important for maintaining their physiological function.When the cells are stimulated by pathogenic factors,the autophagy level is abnormal,structural damage or functional abnormalities occur,and even death occurs,which interferes with the normal spermatogenesis process and affects male fertility.In this paper,autophagy-related research on spermatogenic cells,somatic cells and common sterility factors based on spermatogenesis process,were reviewed,hoping to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis and treatment of male infertility.
