摘要
宋竖旗主任在中医传统经典基础上提出"牝脏固木"理论,认为阳痿主要病机为肝郁气逆、痰湿困阻、肾精受损.通过强健肺、脾、肾三牝脏,固摄精气津液,实现肝升肺降、痰湿燥化、宗筋得用.宋主任亦尤其注重形神同调,在服药调形体的同时,亦常常宣诫患者培养良好习惯,避免情志紧绷,静坐以清净凝心、恬淡心境,减少内伤情志对本病的危害.又善在上述治疗基础上加入虫类药以搜经剔络,引药入宗筋,辛香走窜,更能推荣宗筋为用.文末以病案一则,进一步展现宋主任用药经验心得.
Abstract
