The prescription and medication rule of Ji Ju and Zheng Jia in Nyu Ke in Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng
Objective To analyze the rules of prescription and medication of Ji Ju and Zheng Jia in Nyu Ke in Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng.Methods The medical prescriptions and supplementary prescriptions included in Ji Ju and Zheng Jia in Nyu Ke in Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng were sorted.Excel 2016 was used to count the prescriptions met the screening criteria,and SPSS Modeler 18.1 and SPSS Statistics 28.0 were used for the association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results A total of 66 prescriptions were documented,involving 118 traditional Chinese herbal medicine.There were 28 high-frequency drugs occurring more than five times,with angelica sinensis and rhubarb being the two most frequently used drugs.The drugs were categorized into 22 groups based on their therapeutic effects,with the top two categories being the blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs as well as tonifying drugs.The nature of the medications is primarily warm,and the flavors are predominantly pungent,bitter and sweet.The meridian tropism of drugs mainly concentrated in the liver and spleen meridians.Through association rule analysis,15 drug association rules were obtained,such as rhizoma sparganii and rhizoma curcumae or cinnamon and rhizoma curcumae.Additionally,cluster analysis yielded three combinations of drugs.Conclusions The prescription and medication rules of Ji Ju and Zheng Jia in Nyu Ke in Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng are as follows:attaching great importance to blood,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,cultivating Zheng and eliminating Jia,gradually enhancing the healthy of the human body and eliminating diseases that have accumulated in the body for a long time.Syndrome differentiation focuses on resolving blood stasis,primarily emphasizing the utilization of warm-natured drugs while complementarily incorporating cold-natured drugs.
