The efficacy of Fuyuan Ointment in treating patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion and its influence on endometrial fibrosis
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fuyuan Ointment in treating patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion and its influence on endometrial fibrosis and uterine condition.Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion admitted to Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received only routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group received oral Fuyuan Ointment in addition to routine western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,levels of endometrial fibrosis indicators(endometrial thickness,endometrial integral,endometrial vascular density),results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination(resistance index,pulsatility index,end-diastolic velocity/maximum systolic velocity ratio),traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome scores,and menstrual recovery condition were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,endometrial integral,and endometrial vascular density in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index,pulsatility index,and end-diastolic velocity/maximum systolic velocity ratio were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The rate of normal menstrual recovery in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Fuyuan Ointment can effectively treat patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion,inhibit endometrial fibrosis,improve uterine condition,and promote the recovery of menstruation.
