目的 基于CiteSpace对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)相关疼痛的文献进行可视化分析。方法 检索2000年1月1日至2023年12月1日中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和Web of Science数据库中EMs相关疼痛的文献，利用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、国家及关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 本研究共纳入文献641篇，中文文献219篇，年发文量趋势平稳;英文文献422篇，年发文量呈增长趋势。中文核心作者9名，英文核心作者64名。中英文发文最多的机构分别为北京协和医院、巴黎公共医疗救助机构，英文文献发表最多的国家为美国。中文文献共有169个关键词被纳入，除主题词外前3位为痛经、盆腔疼痛、腹腔镜手术，共生成7个聚类;英文文献共有213个关键词被纳入，除主题词外前3位为pelvic pain、quality of life、management，共生成9个聚类。结论 目前中文文献领域研究热点主要以中医药治疗女性EMs疼痛的疗效和中医药在疼痛相关机制通路中的研究，英文文献领域主要围绕基因、细胞等层面探讨相关机制以及手术对EMs术后疼痛的相关研究，今后可关注中西医结合治疗，充分发挥中医药在疼痛方面的治疗优势。
Visual analysis of endometriosis related pain based on CiteSpace
Objective To conduct visual analysis of the literature on endometriosis(EMs)related pain based on CiteSpace.Methods Literature on EMs-related pain in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Web of Science from January,2000 to December 1,2023 were retrieved.The authors,institutions,countries and keywords were conducted visual analysis by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 641 literature were included in this study.There were 219 Chinese literature,and the annual number of publications was stable.There were 422 English literature,and the annual number of publications showed an increasing trend.There were 9 Chinese core authors and 64 English core authors.The institutions that published the most literature in both English and Chinese were Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Assistance Publique Hopitaux Paris.The country that published the most literature in English was the United States.A total of 169 keywords were included in Chinese literature,and the top 3 keywords except subject words were dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,and laparoscopic surgery,with 7 clusters generated.A total of 213 keywords were included in English literature and the top 3 keywords except subject words were pelvic pain,quality of life,and management,with 9 clusters generated.Conclusions The current research hotspot in Chinese literature mainly focuses on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of female EMs pain and the study of traditional Chinese medicine on the pain related mechanisms and pathways.English literature field mainly focuses on discussions of related mechanisms from gene and cell levels and the related study on the effects of surgery on the postoperative pain of EMs.In the future,attention can be paid to the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in pain management can be fully utilized.
