NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是由NLRP3、凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(ASC)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)-1组合形成的大分子复合物,主要参与机体的天然免疫.当NLRP3炎症小体被激活时,Caspase-1能介导白介素(IL)-1β和IL-18的产生,从而在细胞膜上打孔,诱导细胞焦亡.国内外研究发现,NLRP3炎症小体的激活与卵巢功能障碍相关疾病的发生、发展密切相关.本文探讨了NLRP3炎症小体与卵巢功能障碍相关疾病的研究进展,并主要从NLRP3炎症小体的结构、功能及其激活过程和NLRP3炎症小体对卵巢功能的影响机制进行综述.
Research progress on NOD-like receptor protein 3 inflammasome and ovarian dysfunction-related diseases
NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is a macromolecular complex consists of NLRP3,apoptosis-associated speck-like protein(ASC)and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase(Caspase)-1,mainly participating in the natural immunity of body.When the NLRP3 inflammasome is activated,Caspase-1 can mediate the production of interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-18,thereby forming holes in the cell membrane and inducing pyroptosis.Domestic and abroad research found that the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian dysfunction-related diseases.This paper described the research progress on NLRP3 inflammasome and ovarian dysfunction-related diseases,and mainly reviewed the structure,function,and activation process of NLRP3 inflammasome and the influencing mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome on ovarian function.
