Efficacy of progesterone combined with low molecular heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent abortion after assisted reproductive technology pregnancy and its effect on serum NOD-like receptor protein 3,interleukin-1β and interleukin-18
Objective To study the efficacy of progesterone combined with low molecular heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent abortion after assisted reproductive technology(ART)pregnancy and its influence on serum NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),interleukin(IL)-1β and 1L-18.Methods A total of 150 patients with recurrent abortion after ART pregnancy who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University(Tangdu Hospital)from January 2021 to January 2023 were chosen as study objects. They were split into observation group and control group using the lottery method, each consisting of 75 cases.Progesterone was administered to the control group, while progesterone combined low molecular heparin sodium were administered to the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical efficacy, serum NLRP3,IL-1β,1L-18,coagulation function indexes, and hormone index levels prior to and after treatment. Results The overall treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum NLRP3,IL-1β,IL-18,D-dimer(D-D),fibrin degradation product(FDP),and fibrinogen(FIB)in both group all decreased and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),and human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)in the two groups all increased and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Progesterone combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium have significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with recurrent abortion after ART pregnancy. It can reduce the inflammatory reaction, improve the hormone levels and coagulation function of the patients.
