Analysis of the research status,hotspots and trends of women's Zhengjia from 2004 to 2023
Objective To understand the research status,hotspots and trends of women's Zhengjia in the past 20 years.Methods The research literatures on women's Zhengjia collected by CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed from January 1,2004 to December 22,2023 were searched.The CiteSpace 5.6.R4 was used to analyze the co-occurrence of authors and keywords were conducted with cluster and emergent analysis.Results A total of 950 literatures were included,and the number of published articles on women's Zhengjia showed an overall upward trend in the past 20 years.The author with the most articles was Han Fengjuan(First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine).Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that uterine fibroids,endometriosis,ovarian cysts,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,polycystic ovary syndrome,adenomyosis,and Guizhi Fuling Pill were high-frequency keywords.Keyword clustering formed a total of 10 clusters.The key words that have emerged in recent years were Zhang Xichun,review,endometrial polyps,data mining,Ye Tianshi,adenomyosis and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusions The research of women's Zhengjia has not yet formed a core research team.In recent years,the research hotspots of women's Zhengjia have mostly focused on diseases such as uterine fibroids,endometriosis,ovarian cysts and experience mining of famous doctors.The experience mining of Zhang Xichun and Ye Tianshi,polycystic ovary syndrome and adenomyosis are the research trends of women's Zhengjia.
