口服中成药治疗卵巢功能减退有效性的网状Meta分析

目的 运用频率学网状Meta分析评价口服中成药治疗卵巢功能减退的有效性.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、Web of Science中关于口服中成药治疗卵巢功能减退的临床随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2023年7月27日.采用Stata 16.0软件进行网状Meta分析.结果 共纳入28项临床随机对照试验,总计患者2 368例.网状Meta分析结果显示,在降低卵泡刺激素(FSH)方面,疗效最高的前3种干预措施为右归丸、暖宫七味丸、麒麟丸分别联合雌孕激素;在提高抗米勒管激素(AMH)方面,疗效最高的前3种干预措施为麒麟丸、调经促孕丸、六味地黄丸分别联合雌孕激素;在提高窦卵泡计数(AFC)方面,疗效最高的前3种干预措施为调经促孕丸、坤泰胶囊、麒麟丸分别联合雌孕激素.结论 口服中成药治疗卵巢功能减退疗效较好,但受限于文献质量及样本量,仍需更多高质量的临床研究加以验证.
The effectiveness of oral Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction:a network Meta-analysis
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of oral Chinese patent medicines in treating ovarian dysfunction by frequency network Meta-analysis.Methods The randomized controlled trials on oral Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of ovarian dysfunction were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science from the time of database establishment to July 27,2023.Network Meta-analysis was conducted by Stata 16.0.Results A total of 28 randomized controlled trials with 2 368 patients were included.The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that in terms of reducing follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),the top three interventions with the best curative effect were Yougui Pill,Nuangong Qiwei Pill,and Qilin Pill combined with estrogen and progesterone respectively.In terms of improving anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),the top three interventions with the best curative effect were Qilin Pill,Tiaojing Cuyun Pill,and Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with estrogen and progesterone respectively.In terms of improving antral follicle count(AFC),the top three interventions with the best curative effect were Tiaojing Cuyun Pill,Kuntai Capsule,and Qilin Pill combined with estrogen and progesterone respectively.Conclusions Chinese patent medicines are effective in treating ovarian dysfunction.However,limited by the quality of articles and the sample size,more high-quality clinical trials are still needed to further verify the results.
