Analysis of the medication strategy of the renowned doctor Jiang Hantun in treating gynecological diseases based on data mining technology
Objective To explore the characteristics of prescription medication in the treatment of gynecological diseases in Bi Hua Yi Jing by Jiang Hantun,a renowned doctor from multiple levels and perspectives using data mining technology.Methods The prescriptions for treating gynecological diseases in Bi Hua Yi Jing were screened to establish a database.Statistical,drug frequency,association rules,and clustering analysis were conducted using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform V3.0 software.Results A total of 90 prescriptions were included,with a total of 125 drugs.The cumulative frequency of medication was 670 times,mainly focusing on drugs of tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,regulating Qi,and promoting diuresis and dampness.The Chinese herbal medicines with the top 10 frequency in the prescriptions were angelica sinensis,licorice,ligusticum wallichii,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,ginseng,white peony,rehmannia glutinosa,jujube,and ginger.Among medicinal properties and tastes,the frequency of using sweet and warm medicinal products was the highest,with the spleen meridian being the most common medicinal meridian,followed by the heart,liver,and lungs.There were 23 groups of drug association rules,with the most frequent ones being ligusticum wallichii,white peony →angelica sinensis,jujube → licorice,etc.Clustering analysis yielded three clustering prescriptions with angelica sinensis as the core.Conclusions The diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases by Jiang Hantun focus on regulating blood and Qi,as well as promoting diuresis and dispelling dampness.The medicinal taste is sweet,bitter,and spicy,with a focus on warming and tonifying the blood vessels,with the four meridians of spleen,heart,liver,and lung emphasized.
