摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗生殖器疱疹(GH)的临床用药规律和特点.方法 收集整理1990年-2023年中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中医药治疗GH的文献,构建方药标准化数据库,采用关联规律分析和系统聚类分析研究药物规律,对药物及其性味归经等进行频次统计.结果 共纳入文献320篇,共使用药物229味.内服和外用药物均以清热药、补虚药和利水渗湿药为主.外用药物药性以寒为主,内服药物寒温并用,两者药味均以甘苦为主,归经以肝、肺、脾、胃经为主.内服药物(频次≥79次)得到12条二联关联规则组合和3条三联关联规则组合,共4个核心聚类;外用药物(频次≥9次)得到3条二项关联规则组合和5条三项关联规则组合,共3个核心聚类.结论 中医药治疗GH遣药组方以清热药、补虚药和利水渗湿药为主.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical medication rule and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating genital herpes(GH)by data mining.Methods Collect and sort out the literature on the treatment of GH with TCM from 1990 to 2023 from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM disc were collected to build a standardized database of prescriptions.Association rule analysis and system cluster analysis were used to study the rule of drug use,and frequency statistics on the drugs and their properties,tastes,and meridians were carried out.Results A total of 320 articles were included,with 229 drugs used.Oral and external drugs both mainly included heat-clearing drugs,tonic drugs,and diuretic dampness-removing water drugs.The external drugs were mainly cold,while the oral drugs contained cold and warm.Both drugs were mainly sweet and bitter in taste,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver,lung,spleen,and stomach meridians.Oral drug(≥79 frequencies)association rule analysis obtained 12 two-item associations rule combination and 3 three-item associations rule combination,and cluster analysis obtained 4 core combinations.External drug(≥9 frequencies)association rule analysis obtained 3 two-item associations rule combination and 5 three-item associations rule combination,and cluster analysis obtained 3 core combinations.Conclusions The prescription of TCM for treating GH mainly consists of heat-clearing drugs,tonic drugs and diuretic dampness-removing drugs.
