Exploration on the treatment of premature ovarian failure from the perspective of liver, spleen and kidney based on intestinal flora
Premature ovarian failure(POF)refers to the premature decline of ovarian function in women before the age of 40 due to various reasons, with unclear pathogenesis. There were studies shown that intestinal flora affects the occurrence and development of POF through multiple channels and multiple targets, while some studies revealed that the function of intestinal flora can be improved by regulating liver, spleen and kidney in clinic. At present, there is little research on whether regulating liver, spleen and kidney to improve intestinal flora can delay ovarian aging. Therefore, this research puts forward to explore the treatment of POF from the theory of liver, spleen and kidney by taking intestinal flora imbalance as a bridge,so as to explore the new mechanism of regulating liver, spleen and kidney to improve POF in traditional Chinese medicine.
