本研究旨在分析和探讨利用杏鲍菇菌糠加工波尔山羊全混合颗粒日粮的可行性和效果.结果表明:菌糠经发酵处理后霉菌总数降低了62.9%,黄曲霉毒素减少了60.0%,呕吐毒素减少了44.9%,玉米赤霉烯酮未检测出;粗蛋白含量提高了11.98%,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维分别降低8.81%和11.69%;结果显示杏鲍菇菌糠经过发酵处理后主要卫生指标和品质得到显著提高,可作为养殖山羊的优质粗饲料使用.同时,对波尔山羊羔羊生长性能和血液生理生化指标的分析结果还表明,在配合日粮中杏鲍菇菌糠的适宜用量为12%~20%;食用杏鲍菇菌糠配制的全混合日粮颗粒饲料后,波尔山羊羔羊的日增重达到0.122~ 0.137 kg,血液生理生化指标正常.本研究对开发反刍动物饲料新资源、产品以及提高菌糠资源循环利用率和减少环境的污染等方面均具有重要现实意义.
Study on Mixed Feed of Boer Goat with Spent Mushroom Substrate of Pleurotuseryngii
The effects and feasibilities of mixed feed of Boer goat using spen t mushroom substrate (SMS) of Pleurotuseryngii were discussed.The results of the main health and safety indicators show that the total number of mycete,the content of aflatoxin and vomitoxinwas decreased by 62.9%,60.0% and 44.9% respectively,and the zearalenone was not detected;At the same time,after the fermentation,the crude protein content increased by 11.98%,and the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber decreased by 8.81% and 11.69% respectively.Our studies also indicated that the health indicators and quality of the SMS got better after the fermentation,which canbe used as a high-quality roughage of goat.Meanwhile,theanalysis results of Boer goat lamb growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexesshowed that the appropriate content of SMS in the mixed feed was 12~ 20% and the daily gain of the lamb is 0.122~0.137 kg,after feeding the mixed feed,blood physiological and biochemical indicators reached normal levels.This study has important practical significance on developingnew ruminant feed resources,improving the SMS resources circulation utilization and reducing the environmental pollution.
