摘要
植物黄酮是指以植物为提取来源的黄酮类物质,是一种来源广泛、效果优良、应用环保的奶牛饲料添加剂.植物黄酮主要包含黄烷醇、黄酮、黄酮醇、黄烷酮、异黄酮和花青素等亚类.植物黄酮在奶牛生产中已经被证实具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、免疫等积极作用.本文主要综述了植物黄酮的理化性质、生物活性功能和在奶牛生产中的应用,以期为植物黄酮在奶牛产业实践中精准利用提供科学参考.
Abstract
Plant flavone is a kind of flavonoid extracted from plants.It is a kind of dairy cattle feed additive with wide source,good effect and environmental protection.The classification of plant flavone includes flavanols,flavanones,flavonols,flavanones,isoflavones and anthocyanins.Plant flavonoids have been proved to have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,immune and other positive effects in cow production.In this paper,the basic properties,bioactive functions and applications of plant flavonoids in dairy cow production were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research,development and utilization of plant flavonoids.
