籽粒苋青贮品质的影响因素及其饲用价值

摘要
籽粒苋作为一种优质饲用作物,具有生长速度快、适应性强、营养价值高等特点.青贮是籽粒苋高效利用的重要方式,可有效降低营养物质损失,提高消化率,在动物生产中具有一定应用价值.但籽粒苋水分含量高,含糖量低,直接青贮品质不高,生产中常利用一系列技术手段改善其品质.本文主要综述了籽粒苋的营养特点、籽粒苋青贮品质的影响因素以及籽粒苋青贮在动物生产中的应用,为籽粒苋青贮的进一步研究及应用提供参考.
Abstract
As a high quality forage crop,Amaranthus hypochondriacus has the characteristics of fast growth,strong adaptability and high nutritional value.Ensiling is an important method for efficient utilization of Amaranthus hypochondriacus,which can effectively reduce nutritional loss and improve digestibility.Thus,the Amaranthus hypochondriacus silage has certain application value in animal production.However,the Amaranthus hypochondriacus has high water and low sugar contents,and the quality of direct silage is not high.A series of technologies are often used to improve the quality of Amaranthus hypochondriacus silage in production.In order to provide reference for further research and application of amaranth silage,this paper summarized the nutritional characteristics of Amaranthus hypochondriacus,influencing factors of Amaranthus hypochondriacus silage quality and application of Amaranthus hypochondriacus silage in animal production.
