幼龄反刍动物瘤胃微生物定植与肠道酶系建立研究进展

瘤胃是反刍动物重要的消化器官,瘤胃微生物可以将饲粮降解为宿主生长所需的各类营养物质,与反刍动物的生产性能密切相关。肠道酶是帮助宿主消化的关键因子,酶种类和活性的高低影响着动物对营养物质消化吸收和自身的生长发育。调节反刍动物瘤胃微生物和肠道酶系表达,提高动物对营养物质的消化和吸收,改善动物健康状况是目前普遍的研究方向。幼龄反刍动物胃肠道发育不完全,菌群和酶系结构并不完善,在幼龄反刍动物微生物群落稳定之前,早期调控其瘤胃微生物群落和肠道酶系可以更加长期、有效地改善幼畜胃肠道环境发育,促进反刍动物生长发育。本文概括了幼龄反刍动物瘤胃微生物定植与酶系建立相关研究进展,旨在为后续研究提供一定理论基础。
Research Progress on Colonization of Rumen Microorganisms and Establishment of Intestinal Enzyme System in Young Ruminants
Rumen is an important digestive organ of ruminants.Rumen microorganisms can degrade feed into various nutrients for host growth,which is closely related to the production performance of ruminants.Intestinal enzymes are the key factors to help the host digest,the types and activities of enzymes affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients,the growth and development of animals.It is a general research direction to regulate the expression of rumen microorganisms and intestinal enzymes in ruminants,enhance the digestion and absorption of nutrients and improve the health of animals.The gastrointestinal tract development of young ruminants is incomplete,and the structure of flora and enzyme system is not perfect.Before the microbial community of young ruminants is stable,early regulation of rumen microbial community and intestinal enzyme system can improve the gastrointestinal environment development of young ruminants for a long time and effectively,promote the growth and development of ruminants.The present article reviews the research progress of rumen microbial colonization and enzyme system establishment in young ruminants was summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for subsequent research.
