摘要
动物消化道中栖息着数量庞大的微生物,肠道微生物在消化代谢及宿主免疫等方面发挥着诸多作用.肠道菌群稳态有赖于各种微生物的复杂作用,其对于维持宿主健康有重要意义,目前对于反刍动物消化道微生物的研究多聚焦于瘤胃微生物,反刍动物肠道微生物的研究较少且还处于较低水平.本文综述了反刍动物肠道菌群的组成及影响因素、潜在的功能以及肠道健康的调控,为反刍动物肠道菌群的研究提供参考.
Abstract
There are a large number of microorganisms inhabiting the animal digestive tract.In recent years,it has been found that gut microbiota have many effects on digestion,metabolism,host immunity and other aspects.The stability of gut microbiota depends on the complex role of various microbiota,which is of great significance for maintaining the health of the host.At present,the research on the gastrointestinal microbiota of ruminants focuses on rumen microbiota,while the research on the gut microbiota of ruminants is less and still at a low level.This paper reviews the composition,potential functions,influencing factors,and regulation strategy of ruminant gut microbiota,providing a reference for the research of ruminant intestinal microbiota.
