蛋氨酸是奶牛最重要的限制性氨基酸之一,其在奶牛日粮中的缺乏可导致蛋白质利用率降低、环境污染等问题.蛋氨酸小肽作为蛋氨酸补充剂其利用效率比游离蛋氨酸更高,因此其在奶牛生产中的饲用价值值得深入探讨并开发应用.本文简述了蛋氨酸及其小肽的结构、吸收代谢方式和生物学功能,总结了蛋氨酸及其小肽在奶牛生产中的应用进展,并重点阐述了蛋氨酸及其小肽影响奶牛生产性能的可能机制,以期为蛋氨酸及其小肽在奶牛养殖上的应用提供理论依据.
Advances in the Application of Methionine and Its Small Peptides in Dairy Cows
Methionine is one of the most important limiting amino acids in dairy cows,and its deficiency in dairy cows'diets can lead to reduced protein availability and environmental pollution.Small peptides containing methionine as methionine supplement has higher utilization efficiency than free methionine,and its feeding value in dairy cow production is worthy of further exploration and application.In this paper,the structure,absorption,metabolism and biological function of methionine and its peptides were reviewed,the application progress of methionine and its peptides in dairy cow production was summarized.The possible mechanism of methionine and its peptides affecting the performance of dairy cows was emphasized in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of methionine and its peptides in dairy cow breeding.
