摘要
鸡肠上皮细胞作为体内更新最快的细胞,具有消化、吸收、分泌等重要的生理功能.细胞体外模型的建立为肠道疾病、营养物质的吸收消化机制及上皮细胞的凋亡、增殖、分化等研究提供了一套快速可靠的方法,为研究生理、营养、疾病控制及其他未知因素提供理想模型.本文对营养性添加、非营养性添加和病原微生物在肠上皮细胞中的研究作用机制进行综述,以期为禽业、兽药改良和研发提供参考.
Abstract
Chicken intestinal epithelial cells as the fastest update cells in vivo,has important physiological functions such as digestion,absorption and secretion.Cells in vitro model for intestinal diseases,absorbing mechanism of nutrients and epithelial cell apoptosis,proliferation and differentiation of research provides a quick and reliable method,to study physiology,nutrition,disease control,and other external factors provide unknown to ideal model.This article reviews the research mechanisms of nutritional,non nutritional,and pathogenic microorganisms in intestinal epithelial cells,with the aim of providing reference for poultry industry,veterinary drug improvement,and research and development.
