青贮饲料营养价值、影响因素及其在家畜生产中的应用

摘要
青贮饲料是由青绿饲料通过厌氧微生物发酵而成,可有效改善青绿饲料营养结构和延长贮存时间,解决动物冬春季青绿饲料资源缺乏的问题.发酵微生物、原料、发酵条件和添加剂等是影响青贮饲料品质的主要因素.基于此,本文综述了青贮饲料的营养价值、青贮品质影响因素以及青贮饲料在家畜生产中的应用,为青贮饲料的进一步开发、应用和推广提供理论参考.
Abstract
The silage is made from green feed fermented by anaerobic microorganisms,which can effectively improve the nutritional structure,prolong the storage time of green feed,and solve the problem of the lack of green feed resources for animals in winter and spring.Fermentation microorganisms,raw materials,fermentation conditions,and additives are the main factors affecting the quality of silages.Based on this,the nutritional value of silages,the factors affecting silage quality,and the application of silages in livestock production are reviewed in this paper to provide theoretical references for further development,application,and promotion of silages.
