摘要

奶牛乳腺炎发病率高,给奶牛业发展和消费者健康造成了巨大危害.传统观念认为,乳腺炎是细菌等病原微生物感染乳腺引起的局部炎症反应.但生产实践中发现,奶牛采食高精料日粮可引起胃肠道菌群紊乱,导致奶牛乳腺炎发病率升高,从而影响奶牛乳腺健康.这表明奶牛乳腺炎的发生除与外源性病原微生物感染有关外,还存在内源性致病途径.本文综述了奶牛乳腺炎的致病因素和发病机制、胃肠道微生物与奶牛产奶效率的关系、胃肠道菌群影响乳腺炎发生的机制及调控措施,为奶牛乳腺炎的防治提供新的视角和机遇,进而促进奶牛业持续健康发展.

Abstract

The high incidence rate of mastitis in dairy cow has caused great harm to the development of dairy industry and the health of consumers.Traditionally,mastitis is the local inflammatory reaction that infected by pathogenic microorganisms to mammary gland.However,it was found in production practice that high-concentrate diet could cause gastrointestinal flora disorder and increase the incidence rate of cow mastitis in dairy cows,which would affect the health of cow mammary glands.This indicates that the occurrence of cow mastitis is not only associated with the infection of exogenous pathogenic microorganisms,but also there is an endogenous pathogenic pathway.Therefore,this paper summarizes the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of mastitis in dairy cows,the relationship between gastrointestinal microorganisms and milk production efficiency in dairy cows,the mechanism and control measures of gastrointestinal flora affecting the occurrence of mastitis,providing a new perspective and opportunity for the prevention and treatment of mastitis in dairy cows,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry.
