犊牛瘤胃发育尚未完全,消化道较为脆弱,容易感染病原菌引起犊牛腹泻.乳酸菌和酵母菌具有良好的耐酸性和抗菌性,可改善犊牛肠道环境,促进有益菌定殖,加强犊牛胃肠黏膜免疫力,从而提高犊牛生长性能.本文主要对能够影响犊牛胃肠道健康的乳酸菌和酵母菌类微生物制剂的研究进展进行综述,旨在为犊牛饲养过程中合理使用乳酸菌类、酵母菌类微生物制剂提供理论依据.
The rumen of calves is not yet fully developed,and the digestive tract is relatively fragile,making their digestive tract relatively fragile and prone to infection by pathogenic bacteria,which can cause diarrhea in calves.Lactic acid bacteria and yeast have good acid resistance and antibacterial properties,which can improve the intestinal environment of calves,promote the colonization of beneficial bacteria,strengthening the immunity of the gastrointestinal mucosa of calves,and thereby improve the growth performance of calves.This article mainly reviews the research progress of lactic acid bacteria and yeast microbial preparations that can affect the gastrointestinal health of calves in recent years,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the use of lactic acid bacteria and yeast microbial preparations in the feeding process of calves.
