摘要
随着动物功能基因组研究以及高通量组学技术的发展,畜禽育种已经从基于表型的选择方法过渡到以分子标记技术、基因编辑技术等分子生物学技术手段为主的现代育种新策略上.生物育种是现代生物技术育种的统称,是衡量农业科技竞争力的重要标志,包括标记辅助选择、全基因组选择育种、转基因和基因编辑育种、胚胎工程技术体系等育种手段.生物育种作为畜禽遗传改良的重要手段持续推动着我国的种质资源创新.本文详细介绍了生物育种的关键技术及其特点,包括不同育种方法在畜禽种质开发和遗传改良上的研究进展,探讨分析了当前畜禽育种的现状与问题,以期实现生物育种核心技术的突破与发展.
Abstract
With the development of animal functional genomics and high-throughput omics technology,animal breeding has shifted from traditional animal selection and breeding methods based on animal phenotypic performance to new modern breeding strategies based on molecular biology techniques such as molecular marker technology,transgenic and gene editing technology.Biological breeding is a general term for modern biotechnology breeding and an important symbol to measure the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology,including marker-assisted selection,whole genome selection breeding,transgenic and gene editing breeding,embryo engineering technology system and other breeding methods.As an important means of genetic improvement of livestock and poultry,biological breeding continues to promote the innovation of germplasm resources in China.In this paper,the key technologies and characteristics of biological breeding are introduced in detail,and the research progress of different breeding methods in livestock and poultry germplasm development and genetic improvement is also included.The current situation and problems of livestock and poultry breeding are discussed and analyzed in order to realize the breakthrough and development of core technology of biological breeding.
