脂联素对动物肝脏脂肪变性的影响及机制研究进展

摘要
脂联素是一种具有调节脂代谢紊乱、增加胰岛素敏感性以及改善肝脏脂肪堆积等多种抗肝脏脂肪变性等生理病理过程的细胞因子.动物肝脏脂肪变性是由于肝脏中脂肪酸摄入过多或合成增加、脂肪酸氧化减少、胰岛素抵抗和炎症反应等途径发生异常而导致的脂类堆积.本文介绍了动物肝脏脂肪变性的发生原因和发生发展机制,同时重点阐述了脂联素通过AMPK信号通路和PPARα信号通路对动物肝脏脂肪变性的影响机制,并对脂联素作为预防和治疗动物脂肪性肝病的新靶点及临床诊断的参考指标等方面的应用前景进行展望,以期为在生产实践中应用脂联素防治动物脂肪性肝病提供参考.
Abstract
Adiponectin is a kind of cytokines that can regulate lipid metabolism disorder,increase insulin sensitivity,improve liver fat accumulation and other physiological and pathological processes of liver steatosis.Animal liver steatosis is the accumulation of lipids due to the abnormal pathway of fatty acid intake or synthesis,reduction of fatty acid oxidation,insulin resistance and inflammatory response in the liver.This review article introduces the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of animal liver steatosis,and focuses on the effects of adiponectin on animal liver steatosis through AMPK signaling pathway and PPARα signaling pathway and the mechanism.The application prospect of adiponectin as a new target for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver diseases in animals and a reference index for clinical diagnosis was prospected,in order to provide reference for the application of adiponectin in the prevention and treatment of animal fatty liver disease.
