摘要
黄花菜秸秆含有多种营养物质和天然活性成分,具有抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗炎症、抑菌、抗肿瘤、改善睡眠、抗便秘等生物学功能.我国优质粗饲料资源紧缺,时空分布不合理,合理开发并利用黄花菜秸秆可以作为非常规饲料的有益补充.本文综述了黄花菜秸秆的营养特性、活性成分、功能特性及其在肉羊生产中的应用,旨在为黄花菜秸秆在肉羊生产中的开发与利用提供参考.
Abstract
Hemerocallis citrina Baroni straw contains a variety of nutrients and natural active ingredients with biological functions such as antidepressant,anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial,anti-tumor,sleep improvement and anti-constipation.The high-quality forage roughage resources in our country are scarce and their spatial and temporal distribution is unreasonable,and the rational development and use of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni straw can serve as a beneficial supplement to unconventional feed.This paper provides an overview of the nutritional characteristics,active components,functional properties,and applications in production of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni straw,aiming to provide reference for the development and utilization of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni straw in meat sheep production.
