山羊无角间性性状的遗传机制研究进展

在自然条件下,山羊中存在无角变异,与其他牛科动物不同,山羊的无角性状与间性性状紧密相连,被称为PIS(无角间性综合征)。大量研究发现,PIS序列与山羊的无角间性性状密切相关。山羊间性是一种严重的繁殖障碍,多发生于无角山羊,对无角山羊的选育和产业发展带来极大的阻碍。因此,揭示山羊无角间性性状的遗传机制对无角山羊产业发展至关重要。本文综述了几个品种无角山羊无角间性性状的研究方法、遗传机制和鉴定方法,为阐明山羊无角性状的遗传机制提供理论支持,为无角山羊的选育提供参考。
Research Progress on Genetic Mechanism of Hornless Character in Goats
In wild conditions,there is no horn variation in goats.Unlike other cattle animals,the horn character of goats is closely related to the intersexual character,which is called PIS(Polled Intersex Syndrome).A large number of studies have found that the PIS region is closely related to the hornless intersexual traits in goats.Goat intersexuality is a serious reproductive disorder,and it mostly occurs in hornless goats,which brings great obstacles to the breeding of hornless goats and the development of the industry of hornless goats.Therefore,revealing the genetic mechanism of goat horn-free intersexual traits is very important for the industry of horn-free goat.In this paper,the research methods,genetic mechanism and identification methods of the hornless intersexual traits of several varieties of goat were summarized in order to provide theoretical support for elucidating the genetic mechanism of the hornless traits and reference for the breeding of the goat.
