摘要
胍基乙酸是一种氨基酸衍生物,是动物体内肌酸合成的直接前体物质,有增加肌酸、节约精氨酸的作用.目前,胍基乙酸作为一种饲料添加剂广泛应用于动物生产,参与动物的肌肉合成与能量代谢,提高机体能量代谢效率.本文就胍基乙酸的生物学功能以及胍基乙酸在牛生产中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为胍基乙酸在畜牧业生产中的应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Guanidinoacetic acid is an amino acid derivative,which is a direct precursor of creatine synthesis in animals.It can increase creatine and save arginine.At present,guanidine acetic acid is widely used as a feed additive in animal production and participates in animal muscle synthesis and energy metabolism.This paper reviewed the biological function of guanidinoacetic acid and the application effect and mechanism in ruminant cattle production at home and abroad,in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of guanidinoacetic acid in animal husbandry production.
