Research Progress on Correlation between Reproductive Tract Microorganisms and Reproductive Performance of Cows
The reproductive tract of cows has an independent microbial flora, and the microbial flora is established in early life. The continuity of the reproductive tract structure makes the microbial flora between different reproductive organs a certain correlationship.Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the main symbiotic bacteria in all reproductive organs, followed by Actinobacteria,Fusobacteria and Tenericutes. The entry of external microorganisms into the reproductive system of cows during breeding or calving will change the structure of the original microbial flora, and the intervention of the structure of the reproductive tract microbial flora can treat related reproductive diseases. This paper reviewed the effects of microbes in the reproductive tract of cows on reproductive performance,in order to provide reference for the optimal management of cow reproduction.
