摘要

动物机体的生长受外部条件和遗传因素影响,特别是后者所发挥的调节作用尤为复杂,这不但关系着肌肉的生长速度、品质和产量,还会对生猪产业的经济效益和未来发展产生深远影响.近年转录组学和蛋白组学的飞速发展促使人们不仅要从深层次的角度去探索生猪生长过程中肌肉的变化情况,更需要从机体内部出发研究相关基因和蛋白及其所参与的信号通路和调控机制,这样才能够准确揭示猪只生长过程中复杂的变化规律.本文就猪肌肉生长发育的研究以及转录组学和蛋白组学技术在猪肌肉生长发育中的应用进行综述,旨在为进一步利用组学技术提高生猪生长速度和肌肉特性提供参考.

Abstract

The growth of the animal body is influenced by both external conditions and genetic factors,with the latter in particular playing a complex regulatory role that not only affects the growth rate,the quality and yield of muscle,but also has a profound impact on the economic benefit and future development of the pig industry.In recent years,the rapid development of transcriptomics and proteomics has prompted people not only to explore the changes in muscle of pig during growth from a deeper perspective,but also to study the related genes and proteins and their involved signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms from the inside of the body,which can accurately reveal the complex changes in the growth process of pig.In this paper,the research of pig muscle growth and development and the application of transcriptomics and proteomics technologies in pig muscle growth and development are reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for further improving pig growth speed and muscle characteristics through omics technologies.
