摘要
万寿菊叶黄素是一种天然植物提取物,具有着色、抗炎、抗氧化、提高免疫等生物学功能.与传统提取技术相比,利用超声波辅助提取、超临界流体萃取、酶辅助提取等现代提取技术提取万寿菊中有效成分的效率及得率显著提高,为万寿菊提取物的提取提供了有效、可靠的方法.目前,关于万寿菊叶黄素的研究主要集中于蛋鸡蛋黄中的色素沉积,在肉鸡及其他动物的免疫、肠道菌群及色素的吸收和代谢途径的作用机制等方面仍需进一步深入研究.本文主要综述了万寿菊叶黄素的提取工艺、生物学功能及万寿菊叶黄素在家禽中的应用,旨在为万寿菊叶黄素在家禽日粮中的进一步开发和利用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Marigold lutein is a natural plant extract,which has biological functions such as pigmentation,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and immunity.Compared with traditional extraction technology,ultrasonic assisted extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,enzyme assisted extraction and other modern extraction technology to extract the effective components of marigold significantly improved the efficiency and yield,which provided an effective and reliable method for extraction of marigold extract.At present,most of the studies on marigold lutein focus on the pigment deposition in egg yolk of laying hens,and there are few studies on poultry immunity,anti-inflammatory and meat and egg quality.In this paper,the extraction technology,biological function and application of marigold lutein in poultry were reviewed,which provides theoretical reference for further development and utilization of marigold lutein in poultry feed.
