色谱技术在玉米真菌毒素检测中的应用研究进展

玉米是我国三大主粮之一,其在生长、加工和储运过程中均有可能被真菌毒素污染.真菌毒素是世界范围内研究最为广泛的生物毒素,农作物受到真菌毒素污染会导致其产量和质量下降.色谱技术在真菌毒素微量检测方面应用广泛,研究玉米中真菌毒素的污染情况、检测方法、限量标准和风险评估对于保障玉米质量安全具有重要意义.本文系统阐述了玉米中常见真菌毒素的污染状况及毒性,介绍了色谱技术在玉米真菌毒素检测领域的研究进展,并对未来玉米真菌毒素检测技术的发展趋势进行展望,以期为该领域后续研究提供参考.
Maize is one of the three staple foods in China,and it may be contaminated by mycotoxins during its growth,processing,storage and transportation.Mycotoxins are the most biological toxins widely studied in the world,the yield and quality of crops contaminated by mycotoxins are declining.Chromatographic technology is widely used in the micro-detection of mycotoxins,which is of great significance to study the pollution situation,detection method,limit standard and risk assessment of mycotoxins in maize for its quality and safety.In this paper,the pollution status and toxicity of common mycotoxins in maize are systematically expounded,and the research progress of chromatography in the detection of mycotoxins in maize was introduced.On this basis,the development trend of the detection technology of mycotoxins in maize in the future is prospected,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research in this field.
